Order Processing Period
We try and ship all apparel orders within 3-5 business days. Some items can take longer. Please note the specific item purchased for additional shipping details.
Currently, the Black Ink Design webstore only takes orders for United States and APO/FPO addresses. Licensing restrictions do not allow us to ship internationally at this time.
Due to the extremely LIMITED nature of certain products we sell, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 7-14 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We regret that we are unable to provide an exact estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products. We will, however, try our best in keeping all customers up to date with new developments with backordered items. We PROMISE to keep you informed. Thank You.

What is our return Policy?
You may return your unused, unwashed, undamaged product for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 20 days of purchase date.

Contact our returns dept. at email@example.com or 401-667-6396 and request a return #. You must provide your original invoice number when requesting a return#. We do not accept returns without a return#. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

For damaged or incorrect product
We will refund or exchange any damaged or incorrect product (including shipping). If you receive damaged or incorrect product please make sure tell our customer service rep so that the proper return # can be issued. You will receive instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect product at this time. Below is the address for damaged or incorrect product. Black Ink will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turnaround time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.
